Prologue For Raji: An Ancient Epic Is Free On Steam

Raji: An Ancient Epic is the latest action-adventure video game by Nodding Head games. The game is really unique with its Hindu and Balinese mythology-based story. The game will release for the PS4 and Xbox One on October 15 and has been available on the Nintendo Switch since August 18. The prologue of the game is now free to play on Steam and fans can test the game out before its official release.

Opening chapter for Raji: An Ancient Epic is available for free

The prologue talks about the origin of the protagonist, Raji. It is a very interesting story about a war between gods and demons of the spiritual realm. A thousand years ago, the gods and demons fought in a ferocious battle in which the demons faced a humiliating loss. Since then, humans have felt safe on the Earth.

However, the demons attack the human realm as they plunder the cities and abduct children from their homes to avenge their loss. Amidst the chaos, the gods choose Raji as the sole defender of the human realm.

The story of siblings: Raji and Golu

Raji has a brother named Golu and unfortunately, the demons abduct him during their attack. Now, Rashi has the added responsibility of saving her brother from the wrath of the strongest demon, Mahabalasur. For this, she has to face a lot of demons and evade the tactical traps by the mighty demon.

The game has a touching story, with a very personal connection between the protagonist and her goal. The game has a vibe similar to the classic Prince of Persia series, but it stands out with features like unique weapons and tactical combat.

Stunning artwork and other features in the game

The game is based on Hindu mythological epics like Ramayana and Mahabharata. One thing that really leaves an impression is the unique Pahari art style and beautifully detailed hand-drawn textures. Also, there is a vast arsenal of weapons, every one of which has a unique utility. This means that the game will have different weapons for different battles, making it more fluid and interesting.

Raji: An Ancient Epic is bringing a lot of new things to the table, and many should be looking forward to enjoying this new adventure.
