The following couple of months promise to be very exciting for Animal Crossing players. Turkey Day is already behind us, and Winter has begun for the players in the Northern Hemisphere.

This marks a major turning point in the game. Not only does it bring heaps of new seasonal items, but the players can also spot snow on their islands. This is a rather gradual process and will eventually reach every player in the aforementioned hemisphere.

December 1 officially marks the beginning of Toy Day Celebrations in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. This essentially means that several toys will make their way to the game and will be available for a limited time.

It is also possible that Nintendo will add a range of new toys every week for the players to claim. Don’t forget to explore your island to find out what’s new!

December 1 marks the beginning of Toy Day celebrations in Animal Crossing

Toy Day celebrations in the game are running from December 1 to December 25, with December 24 being the big day itself.

The players can find plenty of holiday-themed items spread across their islands. The players will also be able to see noticeable changes, including the availability of warmer clothes. The payers can purchase warm clothes from Able Sisters and, as usual, can also explore unique designs.

The flora on your island will also undergo minor changes over the next few weeks. The trees will all be decorated and will drop seasonal ornaments and gifts when you shake them. The players can head up to Nook’s Cranny if they want to grab these seasonal items immediately.

Players, however, need to make sure they update their game to the latest version to find the following toys:

While you can purchase the aforementioned items, it is important to note that you can only grab one color variation for each of these from Nook’s Cranny.

Don’t forget to jump in on December 24 to find Jingle the Reindeer and join in the celebrations. Hopefully, these toys will give you a glimpse of Christmas while you wait!
