The two giants launched their next-gen consoles in November 2020. Sony took over the market with its PS5 while Microsoft caught a wider base with its Xbox Series X|S. These also brought along innovations and improvements in performance and appearance. However, with all these strides, there is always a risk to the vulnerable section.

A large section of consumers of these consoles and games is the youth. With growing interconnectivity, it is hard to monitor and regulate activity over the internet. Therefore, for many, safe gaming is a myth. However, PlayStation, along with other market competitors, has assured consumers that it’s working towards making a safer gaming environment for users.
