Many sports stars have rivals in their respective sports. And often this rivalry never goes beyond it. But NFL stars Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers are spicing up their rivalry by taking it to a different sport. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback is all set to take on Rodgers in a golf match.

There’s an interesting twist as both of them will partner up with a golf star. Brady will team up with six-time Major winner Phil Mickelson while Rodgers teams up with 2020 US Open winner Bryson DeChambeau. This celebrity golf event, called “The Match,” is now in its fourth edition and it is Brady’s second appearance. This event will be held on Tuesday, July 6.

Where to watch Tom Brady take on Aaron Rodgers in this epic golf battle?

TNT has the exclusive telecasting rights for this event because Turner Sports and WarnerMedia are partners for the event. They will begin live coverage at 5 pm EST from Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana. Along with the coverage, there will be more content available through Bleacher Report and House of Highlights.

Brady’s global multi-platform content and production company, 199 Productions, will also partner Turner Sports for live coverage. An interesting part of the coverage is that the players will all have open mics. So fans will also be able to hear Brady’s conversations with his partner Mickelson or any trash talk directed towards Rodgers.

Can Brady and Mickelson win this time?

This isn’t Brady’s first partnership with Mickelson on the golf course. They first teamed up during the second edition of The Match when they lost to Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning back in May 2020. When Brady congratulated Mickelson following his 2021 PGA Championship win, Lefty reminded him that there was unfinished business for them.

Based on their recent form, Brady and Mickelson will pick themselves to grab the win. Last time Brady was on the football field, he was a Super Bowl champion. And Mickelson grabbed his sixth Major win just this weekend.

Brady is also hyped up for this clash against his fellow Super Bowl champion and rival Rodgers. The trash talk has already begun via Twitter and it will only get better when they face off.
