The AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am is currently underway in California. Notably, the Pebble Beach Golf Links is the host of this event, with two other courses for the week. This is a Pro-Am event, and hence, amateurs will also compete with the professionals.

Furthermore, this year the field doesn’t have top players like Phil Mickelson, Dustin Johnson, and others as they are competing at the Saudi International. However, there are players like Jordan Spieth, Patrick Cantlay, and a few others Berger at Pebble Beach. Here is what the prize purse for the event looks like.

Additionally, apart from prize money, there are other perks for the winner just like any other PGA Tour event. The winner will receive 500 FedExCup points and 44 Official World Golf Ranking points. Moreover, he will also receive a two-year exemption on the PGA Tour and a place at the prestigious 2022 Masters and PGA Championship.

Hence, players will be motivated to not settle for anything less than a trophy this week. And the amateurs who are top celebrities from different fields are also part of the field this week. So hopefully, we will get to see some quality and closely fought contests.

Notably, the field has 156-players this week, with celebrities and amateurs as well. However, there is a cut line to filter out players after 54 holes. Hence, only the top 60 players and ties will make it to the final round on Sunday. Furthermore, only players who compete in all four rounds will receive a share from the total $8.7 million prize money purse.
