After a captivating AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, the 2022 PGA Tour now moves to the WM Phoenix Open. One of the most prestigious events, the field has plenty of star players involved. Notably, as there will be around 132 golfers in the field, there is a cut line after 36-holes to filter out the players.

The excitement of the event is sky-high as fans will get to see the best players competing against each other after a long time. Since many are coming back from a break this week, it will be a tremendous opportunity for them to get back in form as well.

Players like Justin Thomas, Jon Rahm, Brooks Koepka, and others will lead the field. But who of these has won the Waste Management Phoenix Open most times? None, actually.

Who has the most WM Phoenix Open victories?

The WM Phoenix Open is an absolute fan-favorite event that is usually played in the second week of February. This year, it is all set to begin on February 10th at TPC Scottsdale. But when it comes to the most victories in this event, there isn’t one player with an outright majority.

There are multiple players with the most victories at the WM Phoenix Open, like Phil Mickelson, Mark Calcavecchia, Arnold Palmer, and Gene Littler. All these players have won the WM Phoenix Open thrice in their careers. However, apart from Phil Mickelson, all others mentioned have retired from professional golf.

Hence, Phil is the only player currently who has a chance to take the lead in this tally. But, sadly, it’s won’t be possible this week as he isn’t competing at the event. Although, if Brooks Koepka manages to win the event this year, then he will make his way to the elite list with three Phoenix Open victories.
