The PGA Tour posted the video soon after to ease the mind of the audience before the actual tournament. The video captioned ‘Magic in the details’ definitely soothes our mind as it includes people raking the bunkers at the Players Stadium Course of Sawgrass with perfection. The skilled workers raked the bunker by hand and by using a machine.
Although it is nothing out of ordinary, the way the machine and workers level the sand in the bunker gives satisfaction to the audience.
The Players Stadium Course of TPC Sawgrass
Designed by Pete and Alice Dye, the Stadium Course of the TPC Sawgrass is situated in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Although the Sawgrass opened in 1980, it only began to host the PLAYERS Championship in 1982.
The par 72 golf course measures 7,256 yards from the tees. The course begins with par 4 first hole with a yardage of 432. The first hole includes a long fairway bunker, a lateral water hazard, and grass bunkers, which could cause difficulties for the golfers from the very start of the event.

However, the Stadium Course is famous for its par 3, 17th hole. The 146-yard island hole is the audience’s favorite since it has caused threats for the golfers in the past. According to Golfweek, the Stadium Course ranks at No. 1 in Florida in the Best Courses list.
