Tiger Woods has finally made his comeback on the golf course. Competing at the 2021 PNC Championship in Orlando, Florida, Tiger teamed up with his son Charlie Woods for the event, like he did last year. Notably, the field also featured team Korda, team Daly, team Thomas, and others. However, the spotlight was on team Woods. 

Tiger and Charlie played a pro-am event today with Matt Kuchar and his son. And there were some incredible moments to watch for all the fans. But unfortunately, fans couldn’t see the initial half of the round as the broadcast started later in the day. Here are a few highlights and top moments from the pro-am event of Tiger and Charlie Woods.

Top moments of Tiger Woods and Charlie Woods from the 2021 PNC Championship pro-am event

Pre-round

Tiger Woods and Charlie Woods had a tee-off time at 9 in the morning. Hence, team Woods arrived an hour earlier and had a good practice session at the range. Both these players had a practice session of about 25 minutes where they bombed a few drives and flushed some irons. Moreover, we saw Tiger with the new TaylorMade Stealth driver, which was just confirmed a few days ago by the USGA. 

Furthermore, Charlie Woods went to the putting greens and practiced a few putts. Meanwhile, Charlie was looking like a carbon copy of his dad while practicing putts. 

Tee off

As they teed off, both players were looking superb with their performance. The crowd around them for his opening tee shot was incredible. There were plenty of people following him throughout the round, and everyone tried to capture the moment. 

Best shots and moments 

Tiger Woods had his wedge and the short iron game dialed in. He was hitting darts, and even Charlie complimented him on a few holes as he showcased his distance control with a wedge. However, the highlight of the day has to be Tiger’s incredible tee shot on par-4 11th hole. He bombed a 320-yard drive, and team Woods used his drive for that hole.

Meanwhile, Tiger and Charlie even made a few incredible putts throughout the round. So here are a few of the best shots from Tiger Woods and his son Charlie Woods.

Meanwhile, for the final few holes, Tiger Woods looked slightly fatigued. Hence, he stopped hitting tee shots, as he wanted to save the gas for the weekend as well. Hence, Charlie Woods took responsibility for the tee shots and hit pretty well.
