Tiger Woods holds the PGA Tour for most consecutive cuts made. He made 142 cuts in succession from the 1998 Buick Invitational till EDS Byron Nelson Championship in 2005. Tiger was at a peak in his career during these six years and won almost every time he stepped on the tee box.
In these six years, he made it to the weekend every time he took the field. Tiger was already a well-known name in the golf community because of his extraordinary skills. And it looked like he could do anything on the golf course with a club in his hands.

- Byron Nelson (113 consecutive cuts) – Byron Nelson was one of the most consistent players on the PGA Tour. He made 113 continuous cuts from 1941 Bing Crosby Pro-Am to 1949 Bing Crosby National Pro-Am, where he withdrew after two rounds.
- Jack Nicklaus (105 consecutive cuts) – Jack Nicklaus is arguably the greatest golfer of all time. The 18-time major championship winner has made 105 uninterrupted weekends from the 1970 Sahara Invitational to the 1976 World Open.
- Hale Irwin (86 consecutive cuts) – Hale Irwin made 86 consecutive cuts from the 1975 Bing Crosby National Pro-Am to the 1979 Bing Crosby National Pro-Am.
- Dow Finsterwald (72 consecutive cuts) – Dow Finsterwald made 72 successive cuts from the 1955 Carling Golf Classic to the 1958 Baton Rouge Open Invitational.
- Tom Kite (53 consecutive cuts) – Tom Kite has made 53 cuts in a row from the 1980 Western Open to the 1982 Canadian Open and made it to the weekend for two consecutive years.
