The 43rd Ryder Cup is just around a month away and Team USA will compete against Team Europe at Whistling Straits in Kohler, Wisconsin, from September 24 to 26. U.S. Ryder Cup captain Steve Stricker will name his six captains to pick on September 8th. But it looks like five spots have already been decided, and only one remains a mystery.

Meanwhile, Collin Morikawa, Dustin Johnson, Bryson DeChambeau, Justin Thomas, Brooks Koepka, and Patrick Cantlay have already made it to the team as automatic qualifiers. Moreover, it is crystal clear, the four players, Xander Schauffele, Jordan Spieth, Tony Finau, and Harris English, are getting the call for the Ryder Cup. And according to golf digest the world, no.18, Daniel Berger gave a subtle hint of his participation.

“I’ve talked to Strick a bunch of times this week,” said Berger. Moreover, he also said that he is in a great position and he has played great golf in the last two years. And finally, he said, ” (Stricker and I) texted here and there throughout the week. His message has been that he wants me on the team.”

If his words are to be believed, then five of those six spots are already confirmed. And the entire fight now is only for the final 12th spot with around four players in contention.

4. Kevin Na – Na is one of the most underrated golfers on the PGA Tour. What makes Kevin Na a special player is his short game skills. He can get up and down from anywhere on the course. “I haven’t texted Stricker once,” Na said. However, he further said that he doesn’t want to bug him but wants to be on the team as bad as anyone.
