Phil Mickelson and Joel Dahmen have won their hyped golf match against Harry Higgs and Keith Mitchell. The final score thru 18 remained 3&1 in favor of Phil and Joel. Moreover, the format used for the event was four-ball.
This event came out of nowhere. During a Q&A on Twitter, a guy asked Higgs who would he partner with to take on Phil and Brady in the next ‘Match,’ to which Higgs responded that he will play with anyone. But he thought Phil wasn’t ready for his trash talk. And this was enough to get Mickelson set up a small money game in which Joel partnered Phil while Keith went with Higgs.

However, the start for Phil and Joel was not ideal, as Harry made a birdie on the first hole and went one up. The same scoreline continued until the 4th hole, where Higgs drained a 30 footer to go 2-up. Both Harry and Keith looked in great touch, while there was not much action initially on Phil and Joel’s side.
However, Joel Dahmen got the score down to 1 up as he made a birdie on the 5th hole. Additionally, Phil, who was updating the score on Twitter, got the score back to all square with an eagle on the 6th hole. And carrying this momentum, Phil complimented the eagle with a birdie on the very next hole to go 1-up.
