The PLAYERS Championship was supposed to take place at the beautiful TPC Sawgrass on Thursday this week. But due to bad weather conditions, the authorities postponed round one to Friday. However, the heavy rain didn’t let the golfers play on Friday either. And while most golfers would be frustrated at that, Justin Thomas had other plans.

Thomas is known for pulling pranks on his fans; That’s how friendly and cool the golfer is with everyone. But that’s not all that he is. A new video released on Twitter by the PGA Tour revealed how caring the 28-year-old can be as well.

Even though the rain came down heavily, Thomas found time to give autographs to his young fans. In the video, the golfer and his caddy were walking past some fans to get to the building. However, Thomas stopped to sign some autographs for his fans as they called his name repeatedly.

It was pouring heavens, and the golfer was using an umbrella to shield himself from the weather. Understandably, Thomas could have ignored his fans, citing the excuse of rain. However, he chose to do the opposite and acknowledged the young golf enthusiasts.

The thoughtful gesture by Thomas has won hearts all over the internet and fans can’t seem to stop praising him.

Fans’ reaction to PGA Tour’s video on Justin Thomas

Deservingly so, fans were extremely appreciative of what Thomas did, despite the horrible weather conditions. One of them wrote“Class act all the way. Wouldn’t expect anything less from him.” 

One fan even shared an incident from the practice round from the PLAYERS that was held on Wednesday when Thomas signed autographs and took pictures with the fans then as well.

Since cameras were present, somebody tried to call the event a publicity act. However, another golf fan was there to defend Thomas with a story that proves the golfer doesn’t care if there is a camera or not. He wrote:

Notably, Justin got the attention of the trollers as well, who had a funny comment or two to make.
