‘Get Your Sh*t Together’: Viktor Hovland Fumes Over Logistical Issues While at Sentry Tournament of Champions

Viktor Hovland is one of the most promising young players on the PGA Tour currently. He recently won the Mayakoba Golf Classic and the Hero World Challenge. Hence, Viktor is considered as the next big thing in golf and currently is on the right track. Moreover, Hovland has already built himself a strong fan base, also having impressed star players like Tiger Woods. 

However, Viktor is one of the least active golfers on social media. In fact, the Norwegian doesn’t even have a Twitter account yet. However, thankfully, fans have an Instagram to stay up to date with his ongoings. Notably, Viktor recently posted a story on his Instagram, fuming. Let’s see the reason behind it. 

Viktor Hovland fumes with anger as his golf bag fails to arrive on time

Viktor Hovland is a promising young golfer on the PGA Tour. He is currently in Maui for the 2021 Sentry Tournament of Champions. However, sadly, his golf bag hasn’t arrived there yet, leaving Hovland frustrated. Furious, he posted a story on Instagram saying, “Got here Wednesday, and the golf bag still sitting in Seattle. Get your $#!t together.”

A Twitter account named Golf Betting Club uploaded a screenshot of his story on Twitter. Notably, Viktor will be competing in 2022 for the first time and will be hopeful of starting off the year on a high note. But for that, he needs his weapons, which haven’t arrived yet. 

Hovland is probably missing out on some quality practice in the absence of his golf bag. Meanwhile, the Sentry Tournament of Champions is all set to begin on January 6th. This year the field has top players like Phil Mickelson, Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa, and other winners from the 2021 PGA Tour. 

Undoubtedly, Viktor Hovland is also one of the top contenders this week to lift the trophy. Hopefully, the Norwegian will receive his golf bag soon from Seattle and get some quality practice before the event.
