Against all odds, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers won Super Bowl LV by defeating the Kansas City Chiefs. Led by a stellar performance from their defense through the course of the postseason, the Bucs won what is their second Super Bowl in franchise history.

But one key metric to their success goes unnoticed. The contribution of their offense. While Tom Brady stole the headlines by winning his eighth ring, the rest of the offense too deserves a pat on the back for their performances.

While the Bucs were a force to reckon with towards the later half of the regular season, they went on to up their game further during the playoffs.

So with the 2021 season approaching, the question on everyone’s mind is, can the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense get any better?

Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense raring to go again

The Buccaneers had a tall task ahead of them before the start of the 2020 season. With a whole bunch of new players coming in, it was always going to be a challenge to fit in.

What made matters even more difficult was the onset of COVID-19. Due to the pandemic, teams had no preseason games and training camps to prepare for the season ahead.

Even with the season ongoing, players had to maintain limited contact with one another so as to ensure that there was no case of mass infection. And even with such stringent rules in place, Tom Brady and co excelled beyond expectations.

Now with an entire season under their belt, the Buccaneers offense will have become much more well tuned. With wide receiver like Chris Godwin and Mike Evans already in the mix, one might expect Rob Gronkowski to play a more important role as well in 2021. After all, he did score two touchdowns in the Super Bowl.

The Buccaneers can look forward to young gun Scott Miller to further excel as well. The wide receiver showed in the postseason that he has what it takes to be an elite route runner over the years to come.
