The new NFL season is upon us. The new season brings loads of changes, players exit, and fresh signings. One team that has undergone key fluctuations in the NFL is New York Jets and they are looking out for options. Aaron Rodgers‘s team is under the pump ahead of the 2023/24 season as they deal with the loss of their veterans to injuries.
Though injuries are unforeseen and can?t be avoided. There needs to be a process in place to minimize the risk. The team?s agent David Canter is having a field day in terms of replenishing the team?s reserves as two players meet long-standing injuries. With the open practice sessions underway in the past week, the Jets haven’t started in an ideal manner. Though the head coach Robert Saleh looks optimistic, the team?s plans are in jeopardy as the stalwarts deal with their injuries.

Quincy Williams and Laken Tomlinson? start the season with bad news
It was a normal Sunday morning in Florham Park when the mishappening took place. With the Jets starting their first open practice sessions, their plans were halted when two veterans went out in an unceremonious manner. First up, linebacker Quincy Williams went out of the field when positioned at pass coverage. However, the grimace exceeded when taking a Tyler Conklin catch, and Williams went out of the stadium with trainers.

Next up, was the left guard Lake Tomlinson who has a history of injuries. Though nothing of great proportions transpired, the ever-smiling Tomlinson left the field. The left guard left the team drills midway and opted out of the practice sessions. Problems have increased for the Jets with their well-performing offense and defense players meeting with injuries. Robert Saleh maintained an optimistic frame of mind. He remarked, “All indications look good. We?re just going to get more evaluation on them,”. Now, with two recent signings Jets will look forward to getting their campaign on track.
