Nong-O Gaiyanghadao will put his ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Championship belt on the line against Alaverdi “Babyface Killer” Ramazanov at ONE on Prime Video 6 on Friday, January 13. Better still for the Muay Thai icon – he will have a chance to extend his run as the promotion’s most-dominant striking-only World Champion in front of a home crowd at the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.

Nong-O has only gotten better and more dominant since first stepping foot inside the Circle for the first time in April 2018.
Nong-O Gaiyanghadao’s stupendous striking will pose a serious threat
He completely outclassed Fabio Pinca in his debut and returned in his sophomore outing with another striking clinic against Mehdi Zatout six months later.
Those successful outings earned the unbeaten dynamo a chance to take on Han Zi Hao for the inaugural bantamweight Muay Thai gold in February 2019. As usual, the 35-year-old was at his sparkling best, overcoming multiple obstacles with ease and outpointing his rival with sheer precision and volume until the end of the 15-minute war.
He has since defended the crown on six occasions. What’s even scarier is that he has scored finishes over the likes of Saemapetch Fairtex, Rodlek PK.Saenchai, Felipe Lobo, and Liam Harrison in his past four outings.
His 9-0 slate on the global stage has come against an elite list of world-class strikers, and Ramazanov will be yet another scalp he will want to add to his impressive 264-54-10 resume.
Alaverdi Ramazanov is a force to reckon with as well
However, the Russian fighter will be no pushover, as he brings plenty of trickery in the stand-up department. The former bantamweight kickboxing king has scored six victories in ONE, and his back-to-back wins over Pongsiri PK.Saenchai and Capitan Petchyindee earned him this shot at Nong-O’s gold.

Their battle is the first World Title tilt announced for ONE on Prime Video 6. The card will also feature the mixed rules super-fight between former two-sport queen and #1-ranked atomweight MMA contender Stamp Fairtex and multiple-time kickboxing and Muay Thai World Champion Anissa “C18” Meksen.
