The Thai megastar was scheduled to defend her ONE Women’s Atomweight MMA World Title against her former training partner, Denice Zamboanga. However, Stamp injured her meniscus during training and had to undergo surgery to help her recover.
It now seems the three-sport World Champion is on her road to recovery and shared an update for the fans. She took to her Instagram to share a video with the fans with the caption, “Week 7 update. First time walking without the crutches. I can only take a few steps before I need to rest again. Getting a little stronger every day. Thank you for your support.” Fans took notice of the video and shared their messages for the champion.

After pulling out of her fight, Stamp Fairtex was considerably disappointed and even cried. While she was reluctant to get operated on in the first place, doctors eventually convinced her to get under the knife. After getting operated on May 20, Stamp began her journey towards recovery. Her latest post comes when most of her fans are worried about her fitness. It seems the 26-year-old is slowly and gradually working her way back to full fitness.

In the video, Stamp can be seen walking on her own without the help of any crutches. Her video has caught the attention of the fans and they have shared their message with the champ.
