The surging Brazilian has battled through the stacked division to get his hands on World Champion John Lineker, and fans can expect him to put everything he has into the main event battle at the Axiata Arena in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Andrade’s perfect 5-0 slate inside the ONE Circle shows that he has what it takes to hold his own with “Hands of Stone,” and his lethal striking skills have no one writing him off in the World Title tilt.
To get warmed up for “Wonder Boy‘s” big night, we have broken down three of his performances that exhibit the scary knockout power he’ll be bringing to the party at ONE on Prime Video 3.
Demolishing Li Kai Wen With Technical Striking
Andrade earned his first KO inside the Circle when he went up against Chinese powerhouse Li Kai Wen at ONE: WINTER WARRIORS II in December last year.
Li was on a three-match knockout streak, and he was the Brazilian star’s most dangerous opponent at that point. But Andrade’s slick movement, fluidness in attack, and strong grappling game allowed him to ease his way past his more experienced adversary.
He nullified Li’s grappling before finding a way to cut angles and land quick jabs to throw his rival off.
Eventually, one of “Wonder Boy’s” punches landed clean, and he advanced with a knee to the body, forcing Li onto the backfoot.
Andrade saw his opportunity from there and uncorked more punches, knees to the body, and a lethal high kick.
The onslaught of strikes eventually forced the referee to intervene, and he halted the match with 19 seconds left in the opening stanza.
Stinging Jeremy Pacatiw With A Venomous Knee
Jeremy Pacatiw was expected to provide Andrade with a difficult path to victory. However, the young gun crushed any possibility of that happening with one of his finest performances to date at ONE: FULL CIRCLE this past February.
Andrade played second fiddle to the Filipino warrior when the action began. Pacatiw advanced with the intent to leave a mark on his rival’s body. But the Brazilian upstart countered each move to perfection–all the way to the match-winning sequence.
As Pacatiw was busy finding a way past “Wonder Boy’s” long jab, he was forced to eat a stinging knee that left him wincing in pain and unable to continue.
Andrade was handed the victory just over 90 seconds into the bout, earning his fastest victory in MMA up to that point in his career.
Books Five-Round War With Perfect KO Over Kwon Won Il
“Wonder Boy” put further weight behind his proclamation that he is the ‘uncrowned king’ of the bantamweight division with his latest victory at ONE 158 in June.
The Thailand-based fighter demolished #2-ranked Kwon Won Il in 62 seconds to earn a US50,000 performance bonus for yet another sensational KO.

As always, Andrade advanced without any rush when the bout kicked off, allowing him to analyze Kwon’s game plan. And when he quickly figured it out, he took his chance instantly.
The 25-year-old star connected with a left kick to the body just two seconds past the one-minute mark, forcing the South Korean to scream in agony as he dropped to the canvas.
