British striking legend Liam Harrison is nearing his return from injury, and he appears locked in to challenge a fellow icon of the sport.
After watching Seksan Or Kwangmuang edge out River Daz at ONE Friday Fights 46 last weekend, “Hitman” took to his social media to propose a showdown with “The Man Who Yields To No One” and why he thinks it’s a good idea for him.

“The only fight I want to come back to is Seksan ..,then I’ll retire .,..I wanna go out in style vs a legend in an absolute blaze of glory …..any other fight that’s offered I don’t think I’m interested,” he posted on Instagram.
In the caption, he wrote:
“I honestly think this is the only fight that I can get myself back up for or would make sense. I’m old now and shop worn, I’m under no illusions I can hang with guys like Nico (Carillo) and (Jonathan) Haggerty. I’ve never been anything other than real and told it as it is.”

“I dont want my last fight to be the Nong-O distaster and that’s how everyone remembers me, getting stretchered off in an ambulance with my knee in a million pieces. I deserve better than that after the career I’ve had. I’d love one last dance against a legend/my favourite fighter and be able to bow out in style head held high and give myself and the fans the send off I and they deserve. We’ve had so many wild nights and fights I’d love my last one to be against the most crazy fighter of this millennium.”
Seksan claimed a jaw-dropping eight wins in as many fights in 2023, constantly producing highlight-worthy performances in each outing.
When will the fans witness the next fight?
From showcasing his talents on the weekly ONE Friday Fights shows, the Thai star also earned a six-figure contract from ONE Championship to feature on the organization’s Fight Night series.

If it were up to both fighters, the match would already be in the works just waiting for ink to dry on a contract.
However, everyone will have to wait for Harrison to be cleared from his injuries before finalizing what could be an incredible matchup between two high-octane and aggressive fighters.
