Roberto Soldic vs. Zebaztian Kadestam Lined Up for ONE Fight Night 10 on May 5

Zebaztian “The Bandit” Kadestam vs. Roberto “Robocop” Soldic has been booked for ONE Fight Night 10: Johnson vs. Moraes III on Prime Video on Friday, May 5. The pair’s welterweight MMA duel was announced on the official ONE Championship site today. 

And by the looks of it, ONE’s debut show live from 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado, is going to be an absolute martial arts feast for the fans in attendance. Kadestam, a Muay Thai stylist, is a man who entertains the masses with his wild knockouts.

Out of his 14 career victories, 12 have been achieved from the cracking power in his fists and assortment of kicks within his arsenal. Since dropping his ONE Welterweight World Title to Kiamrian “Brazen” Abbasov at ONE: DAWN OF VALOR in October 2019, the Swedish striker has returned to winning ways with a pair of first-round finishes last year.

He hopes to continue that healthy form against the Croatian athlete, as another victory could instantly establish himself as a favorite to challenge for ONE gold next. Soldic, however, has a similar goal in mind, and the former two-division KSW Champion is eager to build up a run of wins to challenge divisional king Christian “The Warrior” Lee.

The 28-year-old dominated the European circuit with his explosive striking, earning 17 knockouts from 20 career victories. With a resume that stacked, “Robocop” surely has all the tools to stand and bang with Kadestam inside the pocket or maybe even hand him a knockout.

The UFD Gym representative is even more fired up to showcase his skills inside the Circle after his promotional debut versus Murad Ramazanov ended in a disappointing no contest.

Besides the headliner bout between ONE Flyweight World Champion Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson and former flyweight king Adriano “Mikinho” Moraes and Kadestam-Soldic, the May 5 bill will feature a couple of intriguing battles.

Stamp Fairtex will meet American dynamo Alyse “Lil Savage” Anderson in an atomweight clash, while Aung La “The Burmese Python” N Sang and “King Kong Warrior” Fan Rong slugs it out in a middleweight tie.
