#1 Tye Ruotolo Submits Grappling Expert Marat Gafurov
Tye Ruotolo proved to the world why he is one of the most exciting submission grapplers with a second promotional win over former ONE Featherweight World Champion Marat “Cobra” Gafurov.

The 19-year-old BJJ black belt pushed the paces from the get-go, closing the distance with throws and takedowns. The Russian athlete did well to diffuse those early attempts, defending intelligently and swapping positions to get on top mount on the canvas.
But in typical fashion, Ruotolo did wonders from guard. And without wasting time, he soon attempted a couple of submissions at the expense of the MMA veteran.

Gafurov defended the initial kimura attempt, but Ruotolo turned up the pace and went for an armbar, triangle choke, and another armbar to finally secure the tap at the 5:09 mark of the bout.
#2 Edson Marques Knocks Out Former ONE World Champion Eduard Folayang
Edson “Panico” Marques picked up the biggest victory of his MMA career with a strong performance versus hometown hero Eduard “Landslide” Folayang.
The Muay Thai specialist had to endure early attacks from the ONE Lightweight World Champion. But once he found a way to counter and reply with combinations of his own, nothing seemed to stop him.

“Panico” utilized his jabs, straight rights, and a couple of head kicks to fend off Folayang’s mix of kicks and overhands. Folayang was still game to stand and bang with Marques. Unfortunately, that eagerness to finish the bout proved to be an unwise decision.
As he advanced into enemy territory, Marques caught him in a clinch. In a desperate attempt, Folayang tried to escape by uncorking a right. However, it was the Brazilian who broke free and clipped “Landslide” with a short right hook that dropped Folayang at the 2:53 mark of the second stanza.
#3 Anatoly Malykhin Puts Reinier De Ridder To Sleep To Become Two-Division World Champion

The ONE Interim Heavyweight World Champion shrugged off de Ridder’s takedown attempts with ease and rocked the seemingly unstoppable Dutchman with uppercuts, straight rights, and his trademark overhands.
To de Ridder’s credit, he still stood despite eating some thumping fists. However, an uppercut straight to the jaw and a right hand eventually dropped him to the canvas with slightly under a minute to go.

Sensing that the end was near, Malykhin went down and unloaded with tonnes of hammerfists to shut out his rival’s lights at 4:35 of the opening stanza. With the first-round KO, Malykhin claimed the ONE Light Heavyweight World Champion and moved his spotless record to 12-0.
