The inauguration of ONE Championship’s weekly fight series, ‘Friday Fights’, has garnered massive attention from the combat sports community. The packed Lumpini Stadium for these events to date also speaks volumes about how the audiences are enthralled by them. Eleven editions of the ‘ONE Friday Fights’ series have already been hosted at the Lumpini Stadium in Bangkok to date. Many would agree that the crowd never failed to showcase their affection toward skilled fighters.
This Friday, ONE will be back with the exciting twelfth edition of Friday Fights. The coveted Lumpini stadium is all set to get decorated yet again. The main card of the ‘ONE Friday Fights 12’ will feature 12 enthralling bouts, putting some exciting Muay Thai and MMA action on display.
A Flyweight Muay Thai showdown will feature as the main event

The noted Flyweights Petsukumvit Boi Bangna and Kongthoranee Sor Sommai will take the Lumpini Stadium ring once again for a Muay Thai. Notably, both of them had ramped up remarkable wins in their previous bouts.
Petsukumvit earned a victory against Petchmuangsri Tded99 in his last outing after finishing him off in the second round. While his Thai opponent got the better of Gingsanglek Tor Laksong on his very promotional debut at ONE Friday Fights 6. The all-Thai main event may be expected to put out some captivating Muay Thai action on display.

The victor of this coveted main event might also make his way into the top-5 rankings of the Flyweight Muay Thai division. Many would see this one as an added factor that would make the bout even more enthralling.
Prior to their bout, Sunvo TDed99 will also make his promotional debut against his 26-year-old countrymate, Petlampun Muadablampang. The two will square off in a catchweight Muay Thai matchup set at the 130lbs mark. Patlampun will understandably be looking to repeat his ONE debut performance when he knocked out his opponent Rambong Sor Therapat at ONE Friday Fights 8.
The ONE Friday Fights 12 card has a lot more enthralling bouts
Apart from the two discussed bouts, the card also contains a lot more for the ONE Championship viewers. Mohawk PK Saenchai and Dentungtong Singha Mawynn will also lock horns in a Flyweight Muay Thai bout. Further, three more Muay Thai battles will be featured in the Friday event on 7 April 2023.
Prior to these all-Thai ‘art of eight limbs’ battles, there will also be four Muay Thai bouts featuring international athletes taking on local Muay Thai heroes of Thailand. However, the card won’t be an all-Muay Thai one. It would also feature two MMA bouts for MMA fans tuning into the event.
