Abbasov returns to the Circle following an unsuccessful quest to gain his own second World Title at ONE: FULL CIRCLE this past February. He was forced to tap into the third round of his challenge for Reinier ‘The Dutch Knight’ De Ridder’s ONE Middleweight World Title.
This time, however, the odds are in his favor.
Kiamrian Abbasov will go hard against Christian Lee
‘Brazen’ welcomes Lee to the 185lbs division, a category where he holds a four-match unbeaten streak, in part, to his ruthless grappling skills.
Though they might have come up short against De Ridder, he believes it could be the deciding factor when he faces off with Lee.
“As you know, I prefer not to rely only on my wrestling. If he feels like trading punches, he is welcome. That is what we like to do,” Abbasov said.
“But if he feels brave enough to wrestle, then I can take him to deep waters, and we will see who has more oxygen.”

‘The Warrior’ has used his heavy striking and impeccable ground game to register 15 finishes from 16 career wins inside the Circle.
Moreover, he is coming off a remarkable win against Ok Rae Yoon at ONE 160 in August that saw him reclaim the lightweight crown.

Nonetheless, Abbasov is ready to register another successful title defense on the global stage, and he will be more than happy to do it against one of the most successful athletes in the promotion.
Lee will be stepping into ‘Brazen’s’ world, and he promises that it will be a challenge unlike anything ‘The Warrior’ has seen before. ONE on Prime Video 4: Abbasov vs. Lee is live and free with an Amazon subscription in the U.S and Canada.
