Alyse “Lil’ Savage” Anderson has a massive chance to prove she belongs among the elite in ONE Championship’s atomweight division on Friday, May 5, and the American star plans to make the most of the opportunity.
Anderson takes on #1-ranked contender Stamp Fairtex inside the 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado, at ONE Fight Night 10: Johnson vs. Moraes III on Prime Video – ONE’s first live event on U.S. soil.

Alyse Anderson loved the chance to fight Stamp Fairtex on ONE’s debut event in the US
Ahead of her massive return on the historic card, the 28-year-old told ONE, “When it was offered to me, I was like, ‘Well, if I am going to fight here, I want to fight the best.’ And what better place to fight Stamp than in ONE’s debut in the U.S.?”
“I said yes right away. It’s a great opportunity. What better way to get in the rankings and to climb the rankings than to beat number one? It’s the best opportunity that you can get.”
On paper, the Thai fighter will be Anderson’s toughest career test to date. Stamp is a former ONE kickboxing and Muay Thai World Champion, and she has been near-perfect since switching to the promotion’s MMA ranks in 2019.
The Pattaya native has won all but one match in the stacked atomweight division, with the only blemish on her slate coming against divisional queen “Unstoppable” Angela Lee in their World Title contest at ONE X last year.

Alyse Anderson would be looking to prove herself with a victory in this uphill matchup
Stamp’s grappling and striking seem to be improving with every fight, and her most convincing win in the all-encompassing sport arguably came against former #5-ranked Jihin “Shadow Cat” Radzuan in her last visit to the Circle in October 2021.
Her upcoming foe’s divisional position and past accolades fail to intimidate Anderson. After all, she feels she has nothing to lose. And given her position as the underdog, “Lil’ Savage” accepts the challenge with open arms.

Anderson shared, “I don’t know Stamp personally. But from what I see, it looks like she trains hard for every fight. So, I don’t think that she’s underestimating me. “I just think that a lot of people in general, because I don’t have the experience yet, are just thinking that it’s going to be an easy win. But that’s why I’m looking forward to proving myself with this tough matchup.”
