Liam ‘Hitman’ Harrison and Seksan Or Kwanmuang have finally decided to entertain the fans on Friday, September 6. The battle is one of the most sought-after battles in the world of combat sports. Both Harrison and Seksan are Muay Thai legends and will square off in a 140-pound catchweight bout. But what can the fans expect to see from ‘Hitman’? 

The 38-year-old, during an interview with YOKKAO, offered a glimpse of his game plan. Harrison seemed to be clear in his mind and said, “I don’t want to give anything away, but I’m just going to get in there and I’m going to fight the Liam Harrison style. ” Let us delve into the details of the highly anticipated clash.

38-year-old Liam Harrison makes a return to the cage after a gap of two years. ‘Hitman’ has been a bit unfortunate in recent times and faced a lot of problems with injury. He suffered a devastating knee injury during his fight with Nong-O Hama at ONE Prime 1. The ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title was on the line, but the 38-year-old couldn’t capitalize on the night.

After several setbacks on his road to recovery, it appears Harrison is now fully fit and ready to battle once again. He recently took his Instagram account to share one of his training sessions with the fans. ‘Hitman’ looked in sublime shape while working with his coach,  Darrell Kendall. He also shared a caption that read, “Setting up the liver shot with @darrellkendall_,”

Talking about his opponent, Seksan, the 35-year-old is one of the most electrifying fighters out there. The Thai fighter is coming off a loss in his last fight against Yutaro Asahi. However, his aggression and relentless pressure during the fights makes him one of the favorites each time he steps into a fight. Both fighters are in the twilight of their career and have shown their willingness to fight each other while they have a chance. Talking about Harrison, the three-time Muay Thai World Champion also never backs down from any challenge.

The event at Colorado’s Ball Arena is ONE’s comeback to the United States after a sold-out event last year. Some of the highly talented fighters will showcase at the event and will look to put on a show for the fans. Talking about talents, newly crowned ONE Women’s Atomweight MMA World Champion Stamp Fairtex will be featured at the event. She will challenge ONE Women’s Strawweight MMA World Champion Xiong Jing Nan for her belt in a highly anticipated clash.

Adding to the excitement, Jonathan Haggerty will also be putting his ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title on the line. ‘The General’ will defend his title against ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Champion Superlek Kiatmoo9. Another highlight of the night is the clash between ONE Lightweight Submission Grappling World Champion Kade Ruotolo and ONE Flyweight Submission Grappling World Champion Mikey Musumeci.

Ruotolo will defend his title in a battle between two of the best grapplers of this generation. Some other fights include Hiroyuki Tetsuka taking on Isi Fitikefu, Aung La N Sang taking on Shamil Erdogan, and Alyse Anderson taking on Victoria Souza.
