On Friday, May 5, reigning ONE Flyweight Submission Grappling World Champion Mikey “Darth Rigatoni” Musumeci will face his stiffest test yet when he defends his gold against Yemeni standout Osamah Almarwai. Slated to go down as the co-main event contest on the blockbuster ONE Fight Night 10: Johnson vs. Moraes III, this World Title tussle will showcase two of the planet’s top pound-for-pound grapplers, exclusively live from the 1stBank Center in Denver, Colorado. 

Raising the stakes even higher is the fact that this event will be ONE’s historic debut on U.S. soil, motivating Musumeci to put on an electrifying performance in front of a raucous American crowd.

Musumeci added, “I don’t really care where the fight is. Am I a wrestler? Definitely not. But when I’m talking about pure jiu-jitsu on the floor, I don’t care if I’m on top. I don’t care if I’m on the bottom. I’m prepared to go anywhere in this match. I told you, I study this all day, and I’m really excited.”
