Fabricio “Wonder Boy” Andrade expects Adriano “Mikinho” Moraes and Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson to thrill the watching world once again in 2023. Johnson will defend his ONE Flyweight World Title against the former divisional king at ONE Championship’s first show on U.S. soil, ONE on Prime Video 10, on Friday, May 5.

“Mighty Mouse” triumphed over his longtime Brazilian rival in their rematch earlier this year, and Andrade expects the same to unfold when they go toe-to-toe at the 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado.
Wonder Boy foresees Demetrious Johnson prevailing in the trilogy
“It will be a great fight, a fight that will sell a lot. But seeing the last fight, I think Demetrious Johnson proved he’s a better athlete than Adriano Moraes,” the top-ranked bantamweight contender offered.
Despite his prediction, “Wonder Boy” also foresees that his fellow countryman will make it a dogfight as he tries to regain his status as flyweight king.
After all, Moraes has the skill set on the canvas to do just that, and his towering physique consistently makes life difficult for opponents inside the Circle.

Andrade views these two attributes as something that could swing the tie in favor of the American Top Team and Constrictor Team standout. Nonetheless, he is still confident that Johnson will come out on top.
Mighty Mouse may have his hands full
“Adriano is a very big guy for the division, and he can surprise, as he did the first time they faced each other. DJ needs to stay tuned, but I believe he will come out as the winner in this trilogy,” he added.
Both parties have split a pair of knockout wins in the rivalry that dates back to April 2021.

Johnson failed in his quest to claim the flyweight gold from Moraes in their first duel, going down to a devastating flying knee knockout served up by “Mikinho” at 2:24 of the second round.
However, the 13-time MMA World Champion flipped the script at ONE on Prime Video 1 in August when he landed his own flying knee to leave Moraes down and out in the fourth round.
