Known for his ironclad discipline in both diet and training, Nico Carrillo once famously declared, “If I don’t eat well, I start, I start feeling terrible.” He also claimed that he doesn’t even drink coffee. This commitment to healthy eating continues to be a cornerstone of his preparation.

In his latest YouTube video from Fight Camp, Carrillo revealed his daily routine, starting with a breakfast of oatmeal, avocado, eggs, cherries, and tomatoes, accompanied by a protein shake. He uses water from his sponsor, ATP Labs, and incorporates a dark chocolate bar from the same brand. “I also take some supplements,” Carrillo further added.

Carrillo detailed his supplement regimen, which includes beta-alanine, omega-3 fish oil, vitamin D3, K2, and choline. He mentioned taking an additional anti-inflammatory supplement containing natural ingredients like turmeric.

The Scot also revealed that he had a small chicken and rice burrito for lunch with tomatoes. He added that it was quite small and that he was supposed to have a pre-training snack, but had left it quite late. So, this would be his meal before training, and he would probably eat his pre-training snack later.
