A few months ago, the internet was abuzz with speculations about what Dana White called the biggest fight in the history of the world. Tech titans Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk had agreed to fight each other on social media. The X CEO had replied positively to a tweet suggesting he should fight the Facebook founder.
The next day, Zuckerberg replied to the challenge and wrote “send me location”, Khabib Nurmagomedov‘s famous line to Conor McGregor when he was challenged to a street-fight by the Irishman. Their fight, of course, fell through eventually. But, ONE Championship CEO Chatri Sityodtong and one of their fighters and BJJ star has recently spoken out about Zuckerberg’s toughness.

Mikey Musumeci is a rising Brazilian jiu jitsu star, who is considered one of the greatest submission grapplers in the world. He fights in ONE Championship and has beaten all opponents in his five-fight career in the promotion. He spoke about training with Zuckerberg and was impressed with his toughness, in an interview with TMZ Sports on Youtube.
“So, the first time I trained with Mark, I expected… honestly, I expected him to be, obviously, super-intelligent. But, then when I saw him train, I saw that he was like this animal on the mat. He’s tough as f**k,” he told TMZ Sports.
‘Darth Rigatoni’ told the interviewer an incident that showed Zuckerberg’s gratitude and grit. He reminisced that after training with him, the tech mogul started training with another fighter. During the course of their back-and-forth, Zuckerberg fell really hard. This prompted concerns for his well-being by others present there. But, the California resident shook off the bad fall and expressed his willingness to keep going and keep training.

He told the interviewer that Zuckerberg was a legit blue belt who went hard in training. He also pointed out that the tech mogul was training under Dave Camarillo, one of the best grapplers in the world.
“He’s hardcore, man. He’s only two years in his journey, so he’s relatively new but he’s a legit blue belt and Jiu Jitsu uh under Dave Camarillo who’s truly one of the… finest black belts on the planet, and he’s in a legit training environment,” the CEO said.

Although fans are unhappy that they will not be able to witness the bizarre-yet-wildly-awaited bout between two of the richest and most famous men in the world. However, it seems Zuckerberg is a legit martial artist as he has also recently won a local BJJ tournament at a California high school. Musk is probably lucky he doesn’t have to go against him.
