Is Superlek the real deal, or is Haggerty just too strong to be dethroned?

Fresh off his victory at ONE Friday Fights 68 against Kongthoranee Sor Sommai, reigning ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Champion Superlek Kiatmoo9 will now solely focus on his next bout at ONE Championship’s return to the United States. He’ll be competing at ONE 168 in Denver, Colorado, on September 6th at the Ball Arena.

Superlek Kiatmoo9 faces a unique challenge as he moves up to a heavier weight class to take on two-sport ONE Bantamweight World Champion Jonathan Haggerty. In this highly anticipated clash, Haggerty will attempt to defend his ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title against the formidable Superlek.

In his recent triumph at ONE Friday Fights 68, Superlek Kiatmoo9 extended his impressive winning streak to 10 by defeating Kongthoranee Sor Sommai via unanimous decision. However, his upcoming challenge against Haggerty will be a tough test. The former flyweight Muay Thai king has shown that he is even stronger at bantamweight after securing gold in two sports.

During the post-fight interviews last Friday, a reporter queried Superlek about his excitement for the upcoming ONE 168: Denver event. Superlek responded with unwavering confidence, expressing his strong belief in his abilities and high hopes for the fight against Haggerty.
