ONE Championship star Danielle Kelly appreciates a good fight buildup as much as any fighter, but she draws a line on how far trash talk can go.
Kelly recently posted an Instagram story showing a snippet of Dillon Danis and Logan Paul’s face-off ahead of their boxing match in October. The clip showed Paul starting off his verbal assault by commenting about Danis’ father passing away.

The American then dared the social media star to continue his line of thought, which he did without hesitation. “I empathize with you, Dillon, because I understand that Twitter now, for you, is like a group therapy session,” Paul said, “Because for the first time in a while, you’re getting a sense of validation that you have not gotten.”
Before the clip ended, Danis appeared to struggle to find an appropriate retaliation, as he was clearly offended by the YouTuber-turned-boxer’s comment. Kelly, who lost her parents to different illnesses, was not amused by Paul’s stunt. The 27-year-old offered her thoughts on the exchange via her Instagram page, and she sympathized with her fellow BJJ World Champion.

“I don’t like Danis, but talking about someone’s deceased parent/using it against them for trash talk shows how low of a person one is. Disappointed in Logan,” she posted. While she is looking forward to watching the exhibition match between Paul and Danis, Kelly is also busy preparing for a huge fight of her own later this month.
