ONE Championship superstar Christian “The Warrior” Lee is ready to reclaim the lightweight throne from reigning divisional king Ok Rae Yoon in the main event of ONE 160 on August 26.
Lee dropped the gold to the South Korean star after being handed a controversial unanimous decision loss by the judges in their intense first meeting in Singapore last year.

Now that both men are ready to face off inside the Circle once again, the Hawaii-based fighter believes there is little that the current ONE Lightweight World Champion can do to stop him in his quest to regain his seat atop the stacked division.

In fact, he predicts he’ll need less than five minutes to hand his unbeaten foe his first loss in the promotion.
“You know, I’m confident that I’m going to beat Ok Rae Yoon in the rematch,” Lee said.
“My prediction for the Ok Rae Yoon match is a first-round knockout. I think that it’s not even going to be a close fight.”
Although he went down to Ok the first time around, “The Warrior” managed to expose various gaps in his rival’s arsenal as they tussled.

He successfully found a hole in Ok’s defense on the feet and had him in several tricky situations on the canvas throughout the clash.
Christian Lee has future opponents in sight
Lee has been most vocal about his views on the result of their bout at ONE: REVOLUTION last September, and he maintains that opinion up to today.
“I feel like I won our first fight. And I won that fight with very little preparation. I didn’t have, you know, the normal training camp that I have had in my previous fights. So, I definitely feel like I wasn’t in optimum fight shape,” he said.
“And even with that, I was still able to push all five rounds. And, you know, I feel like I dominated pretty much every area of the fight.”
The United MMA and Evolve standout is steadfast in his determination to even the score with Ok on August 26. If he does that, Lee can add the South Korean powerhouse’s name to a laundry list of lightweight stars he has taken out.

However, he admits that he won’t be finished from there – and he already has his eyes on some future opponents in the weight class.
“I feel like if I beat Ok Rae Yoon, then I would have cleared out most of the lightweight division. There are still a few good fighters out there that I haven’t faced yet,” he said.

“Eddie Alvarez, he’s one fight away from being back in the top five. The new Russian, Saygid [Izagakhmaev], he’s also looking very impressive. So even after Ok Rae Yoon, I think that there will still be plenty of hungry contenders that are ready to take shots at the belt.”
