Two-division ONE World Title holder Anatoly “Sladkiy” Malykhin believes his training partner, Fabricio “Wonder Boy” Andrade, will leave the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium with the ONE Bantamweight World Title this Friday, February 24. Andrade runs it back versus John “Hands of Stone” Lineker in the main event of ONE Fight Night 7 on Prime Video, broadcasting live on American primetime from Bangkok, Thailand.

The light heavyweight king and interim heavyweight champion knows all about the young superstar, having spent months training alongside the top-ranked bantamweight contender.

“Sladkiy” has witnessed Andrade’s evolution from an up-and-coming star to one of the most dangerous men in the bantamweight division. But, above all, the Russian superstar is impressed by the Brazilian’s drive to succeed.

“I can see that this time he is even more charged than before his last fight. Now he has a lot to prove. He is young, he wants to win, he wants the belt, and he wants to honor his country in the ring,” the 35-year-old said.
“Andrade is a good striker, and that is his main skill and advantage. He knows how to put pressure on. In sparring, he can be very pushy. If you make a mistake, he seizes the opportunity to punish you. He turns the pressure on full blast.”
