“Oh my gosh, they were so excited. I mean, they’ve supported me since I was little. This has been a huge dream of mine ever since I can remember and the sport has become such a passion for them as well. I feel like we’ve been on this journey together, so they were just so happy.”
The 29-year-old will have three former Olympic medalists by her side, relieving some of the pressure on her shoulders. However, we will be sure to see if Springsteen registers a performance worthy of the hype behind her incredible qualification.

Jessica Springsteen’s journey to the Tokyo Olympics 2020 did not start a few months ago. To escape the glitz, glamour and paparazzi in Los Angeles, Bruce Springsteen and-wife Patti Scialfa moved to a horse farm in New Jersey. In the Colts Neck Township, Jessica’s love for horse riding and sport developed. She won a ton of competitions as a teenager and then picked up skills under the tutelage of Laura Kraut and Frank and Stacia Madden.
