“tried to surprise her but she happened to check my location 45 mins out 😂.” You’d think that would be the end of all the fun, right? A perfectly planned surprise, ruined by a quick glance at a location pin. Simone Biles could have easily faced the same fate. Her big, secret trip to Louisiana State University (LSU) could have been spoiled as Zoe Miller had pieced things together too soon. Luckily for Simone, she had more than just one trick up her sleeve! But what actually happened?
On March 25, the Olympic champion made her way to LSU to surprise her gymnastics buddy, Zoe Miller. But the fun didn’t stop at the initial shock—Simone had a whole lineup of plans to make the day unforgettable. One of the highlights? A visit to Alex Box Stadium, home of the LSU Tigers baseball team. With Zoe by her side, Simone posed for photos on the sidelines of the iconic stadium, creating memories that went far beyond a simple meet-up. But first, let’s talk about what Simone said!
Even though Zoe may have caught wind of Simone’s visit beforehand, she still counted it as a surprise. On March 26, Zoe shared a heartwarming Instagram post featuring a photo with Simone, Jonathan Owens, and Michael Braswell, celebrating the fun-filled day. And what was the caption? Well, it read, “best surprise visit ever!’ And, of course, Simone didn’t miss the chance to leave her mark, commenting, “Love youuuu twin❤️❤️❤️.” But was that all?

A big no! The LSU gymnast shared a few photos of the two hanging out in what probably looked like her apartment—both casually dressed in cozy sweatshirts and nearly identical pants. The matching outfits, whether planned or not, perfectly captured the effortless, sisterly vibe between the two. The photos radiated the kind of warmth and familiarity you only share with someone who feels like family. But their twinning outfits weren’t the only thing proving their deep connection.

Both sweatshirts had the common tag printed in the front—the trademark logo of LSU. So, to twin with Joe, Simone, the most decorated elite gymnast, posed as someone having a link with the Tigers. So have you spotted why they are called twins? However, beyond the matching outfits, the genuine joy in their smiles and the relaxed, carefree energy in the photos spoke volumes. Whether they’re cheering from the stands or simply lounging around, Simone and Zoe’s bond goes far beyond gymnastics—it’s one built on friendship, loyalty, and genuine love. And judging by the photos, ‘Twin Hood’ doesn’t seem like a playful nickname to us—it’s the real deal. Fortunately, the baseball game between the Tigers and Ragin Cajuns on March 25 witnessed some of this real deal.
Also, it wasn’t just Simone Biles and Zoe Miller! They were joined by their respective partners, i.e., Jonathan Owens and Michael Braswell, Zoe’s boyfriend and a standout baseball player for LSU. Also, they weren’t just there for a photo op—they were there to cheer on the LSU Tigers in their game against Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajuns. With the stadium buzzing with energy, the group soaked in the game, later capturing the moment with a sideline photo featuring Braswell. Also, it seems Simone Biles and Co. had a lot of fun!

While Simone Biles and Zoe Miller were busy celebrating their twin bond, there was another special guest fully soaking in the LSU experience—none other than Jonathan Owens. Also, it would have been very exciting for the group as the Tigers won against Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajuns. And the scores, you may ask? It was absolutely crushing: 17-4! Clearly cherishing the moment, Simone made sure to document it. In her Instagram story, the Texas native shared a stunning snapshot of the game, capturing the vibrant atmosphere of Alex Box Stadium. But it didn’t stop there. She also posted a heartfelt photo of the two couples—Simone and Owens standing side by side with Zoe and Michael—a picture that perfectly reflected the warmth and camaraderie of the day.
