Simone Biles has been on vacation mode ever since she conquered Paris. Having won four medals in all, the gymnastics GOAT is now using her much-needed time off to travel the world. And sure enough, accompanying her on her quest is none other than her husband, Jonathan Owens. She has been going around from New York City to the postcard-like streets of Switzerland. Back in January 2025, Biles and Owens took a trip to Switzerland. It was a much-awaited getaway for the couple since they had very little time for themselves since their marriage. 

Landing in Switzerland, Biles immediately started to update her fans about her experiences. Posting a serene shot of the breathtaking morning view, Biles wrote, “Good Morning Switzerland.” Next up, we could see the couple sporting matching puffer jackets, as they happily took a stroll down the alleys of Switzerland. Biles’ longing for a cool vacation is nothing new. Even as a 19-year-old, Biles wanted to go on a tropical vacation.

Reminiscing about an incident in her book, Courage To Soar, Biles narrated what her biggest fascination was. She wondered whether she would ever be able to afford an expensive and picturesque vacation. Well, now that the confusion is settled, Biles is once again hitting the snooze button. In a series of Instagram stories, Jonathan Owens and Simone Biles uploaded pictures from their latest outing. 

The couple is off to Miami. The Olympic champion posted a picture of the stunning interior of a flight on her Instagram story. “st. louis ✈️miami” Next up, the duo shared some scenic snaps from their hotel. In one of the snaps, a view of the sea could be seen, with the caption reading, “Nothing like waking up to the beach.” Owens could also be spotted enjoying the serene view from his hotel balcony. Surely, the power couple is making the most of the off-season at the moment. 

In fact, the long-distance marriage hindered the quality of time this star couple got to spend together. While Biles had previously expressed her frustrations, she had no choice but to pursue her career sincerely. Even though the duo regularly met by traveling to different cities, they longed for each other’s company.

After Biles outdid herself with one stellar performance after another at the Paris Olympics, Owens pointed out that he felt extremely comfortable knowing he would return home to see Simone Biles waiting for him. Surely, the adorable couple is compensating for the prolonged period they were compelled to stay away from each other. Now they have added one more chapter to their list of romantic getaways, and in all honesty, we love to see it!
