Ever since Simone Biles flipped, twisted, and broke the laws of physics with her five signature moves in gymnastics, moms everywhere have had one mission: turn their daughters into the next Simone Biles. And honestly, can you blame them? By 27, she’s got $25 million, 11 Olympic medals, and the ability to make gravity look optional. Even her own family’s babies are probably trying to do backflips in their cribs—not for the money (okay, maybe a little), but for those insane skills. First, we had “Baby Biles,” then Nova Davidson, and now the internet is obsessed with 7-year-old Mylani Dorsey coached by her mom. This mother-daughter duo is going viral faster than Olympic speed, and the only question now is: where are they flipping to next?

So, why did Mylani go viral? Simple: her insane gymnastics skills. The video starts with her as a tiny tot, just learning the flips. Turns out, her gymnastics journey began back in 2021 when she was just 4 years old. Step by step, she went from needing a little help to nailing floor routines. First, it was one flip, then two, then—boom—triple flipping like a pro.  The video even had a caption that said, Almost teared up when she started triple flipping… Great content.” And the grand finale? Mylani closed it out with 10 consecutive flips on the floor. TEN.  But she ain’t just a gymnast!

Well, she’s not just a gymnast—Mylani does it all! She swims, she dances, she models,  she plays T-ball and on top of that, she’s her mom’s biggest cheerleader. Oh, and did I mention she skis too? At this point, she could probably teach her little brother a thing or two about mastering skills before most kids figure out how to tie their shoes. With all this talent and that latest viral video, fans have just messages for her mom. Yes! But what?

Mylani is giving major Simone Biles vibes and gymnastics fans are here for it!

Fans can’t get enough of Mylani, some already calling her “the next Simone Biles in the making.” One fan had a whole life lesson moment, saying, “One thing I learned about this video is, you would never know the little progress you make is a very big step to the big result you want to get. Once again, step-by-step process >>> But if you can do it fast-mo, still good.”

Another fan gave major props to her parents, saying, “This is truly impressive. The parents should be congratulated. It takes tremendous dedication. Two kinds of people become stars: those born gifted & those guided through. Ceteris paribus, every parent should be able to guide their child to athletic excellence if started early.” Well, Mylani’s got the talent AND the right support system! But wait, there’s more!

Mylani isn’t just out here flipping—she’s building a brand empire too. She’s the face of Gerber Baby Clothing, representing Maxi-Cosi USA, and a brand ambassador for Afro Unicorn and Curldaze Hair Care. Gymnast, model, trendsetter—what can’t this kid do? At this rate, she might just have her sneaker line before she loses her first tooth!

Fans are absolutely in awe of Mylani, and some are even feeling inspired to start their own little gymnastics dynasty! One excited fan gushed, “I can’t wait until my daughter gets here 🥹” because clearly, the future generation needs to start flipping ASAP. Another cheered her on, saying, “A beautiful journey, there’s always reward for hard work. Good luck to the future Olympian ✨🙏.” Yet another got emotional, writing, “Crying 😭🥹 Gymnastics makes you so strong physically & mentally. You learn to get back up after you fall every time. Hope my future kids take to it.” Looks like Mylani isn’t just inspiring young gymnasts—she’s making adults rethink their entire parenting game!

And let’s talk about her gymnastics journey—because this kid is right on track to greatness. We all know Simone Biles started at 6 years old (which, in gymnastics years, is practically late), but Mylani? She started at the perfect age and is already flipping her way to the top. She’s part of Extreme Girls, a competitive gymnastics team from Loomis, California, where gymnasts train from level 2 through level 10, plus Xcel programs from Bronze to Platinum. And guess what? She’s already a national champion. Yep, according to her Instagram, @littlemissmylani, this little superstar has a title under her belt.

Another fan excitedly declared, “An Olympic gold medalist in the making.” It sure looks that way! Back in March 2024, Mylani posted a video of herself rocking a leotard and performing some impressive gymnastics moves while confidently saying, “I’m Simone Biles—of course, I’m flexible. I’m Simone Biles—of course, I’m the most decorated gymnast… I’m Simone Biles—of course, I’m a national champion.” But it’s not just talk—she’s already backing it up with wins.

In 2024, Mylani’s team, Xtreme Girls carried home the national champion title, having emerged victorious in the “Tiny-PREP-D2 Finals” event at the Spirit Cheer Dance Grand Nationals and Cheer Nationals at Orlando. She won like it’s no big deal, because you know, flipping across a mat is just a regular Tuesday activity for her. And if there’s one thing this little powerhouse knows, it’s her worth—she proudly declares, “I’m smart, I’m beautiful, and I’m somebody.” At 7, most kids are still figuring out how to tie their shoes, but Mylani? She’s already mastered Level 3 gymnastics skills and is now training for Level 4. At this pace, she’ll be inventing new flips, winning medals, and launching a fashion line before she even hits double digits!
