The club unveiled the player at the Sukru Saracoglu stadium earlier today and both player and club are understood to be delighted at the successful completion of the transfer.
The 28-year-old has made over 150 appearances for Manchester United but a string of inconsistent performances not aided by injury saw him loaned out to Sporting Lisbon last year where he scored 11 goals in 27 appearances during his time there.
