The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon decided to have some fun with tennis players as they had asked the tennis stars to casually drop weird and bizarre phrases during their interviews stretching from Cincinnati Masters, last month to US Open 2019.
Many players took this challenge including Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray, Maria Sharapova, and Naomi Osaka. These players tried to incorporate those weird lines with their choice in the interviews and press-conference.

“No one knew that we were doing this. It’s bizarre, but it’s so good.” Jimmy Fallon said on the Tonight Show on Tuesday.
In a funny-cum-weird hoax created by Jimmy Fallon, world No.1 Novak Djokovic and Naomi Osaka somehow managed to slip the same phrase with variations, “When the score is deuce, the juice gets loose” during their interview at the US Open 2019.
Novak Djokovic slipped the phrase while talking about Wimbledon Championships 2019 finals against Roger Federer. He said, “In the finals against Roger, I managed to play the best tennis of that week and obviously when the score was deuce and juice got loose.”
Andy Murray chose the phrase “I used to take cat naps, but now I take kitten naps – half as long, twice as cute,” when he was asked about his preparations for the US Open 2019.
Former world No.1, Maria Sharapova selected one of the funniest lines. She told the reporters in a press conference, “Let me tell you something: You’re never going to find three tennis balls in a Pringles can.”

The Greek gun Stefanos Tsitsipas filled in the phrase in between his interview at the US Open 2019 with almost no context whatsoever. He said, out of nowhere, “Yeah, I mean, slap your dad, call him Brad.”
Meanwhile, Madison Keys awkwardly managed to say that “Serena Williams was so good at ‘knowing how to use every part of the kayak’.”
