Sreesanth had been through the most turbulent phase of his career for the past two and a half years. His image had been tarnished and tainted thoroughly. When asked about how he felt about his ban despite going scot-free, he said that he is not thinking too far ahead. He had waited patiently for over two years and it was a matter of time that he would be back on action. He emphasized that his main aim is to play in 2019 World Cup.
When further asked about where he will practice as he is still not allowed to practise on any grounds authorized by KCA. He replied that he will practise in the maidans of Kochi and respect BCCI’s decision. However, he has requested them to lift his ban as soon as possible.

On being asked about the whole incident, Sreesanth claims that all the facts were twisted and kept in the public domain. He had kept the towel in his pocket on many instances before the incident and could not understand why he was being questioned only then.
However, not all is lost for this lad as he hopes to come back on the field soon with his flamboyant and aggressive bowling style.
