Recently, Andy Murray was seen in San Diego competing in the event that took place there. Sadly, he lost to Casper Ruud in the pre-quarterfinals. However, the one thing that was funny was the post he put on Instagram of his new look. He shaved and is sporting a handlebar mustache.?

Upon seeing his new look, American tennis player Frances Tiafoe was one of the first ones to comment. The 23-year-old player stated, “Not a fan of the handlebars but the shave was very much sooo needed.” After seeing his comment, Murray replied, “Youngster you have so much to learn.”

Frances Tiafoe beat Andy Murray earlier this year?
Over the years, Murray and Tiafoe have competed against each other twice. They played most recently in August at the Winston-Salem 2021 and the American youngster ended up winning the tie. After the match, Tiafoe had kind words to say about Andy.
?At that time, Tiafoe stated, “Love this dude man. You are a great person first, athlete second. The drive and determination you show are just remarkable. Even till this day.”
