Almost 18 days after the spine-chilling Instagram post, deadlifting a staggering 880 lbs, he has exhibited a manifold increase in his preparation. Though Mitchell was deadlifting 880 lbs in three reps, what worried the fans, and the bodybuilding fraternity is a curvature at his back which is at odds with the unconventional modus operandi.
