The Nintendo Switch has offered its fans a trip down memory lane with the classic titles it has consistently put out. Nintendo has one-upped fans once again by confirming the release of this highly acclaimed and iconic title. It’s releasing, and it is releasing soon.

Nintendo and it’s latest remaster

A classic Nintendo platformer is all set for a remaster. By now, most longtime fans might have figured out which game we are talking about. For those who did not, the remaster is of Banjo-Kazooie. The title has confirmed its arrival for Nintendo’s online service. The game is slated to release alongside other notable classics such as The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Timethe newly released Paper MarioSuper Mario 64, and Mario Kart 64.

Nintendo has been on a war footing with regard to launching classic and fan-loved titles for its latest console. Iconic N64 games were added to the online service. The titles which will be added to the service’s arsenal include The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Super Mario 64 and Mario Kart 64  will also be joining the collection.

Alongside N64 titles, NES and SNES games are also available. As a bonus, they are available for a fairly decent and inexpensive cost. Nintendo also released an expansion pack all the way back in October. The pack consisted of 9 iconic N6 titles. However, Nintendo doubled the price. This has caused the enthusiasm of some gamers to wane and back away.

Banjo-Kazooie is regarded as one of the more graphically impressive games back in the 90s. In fact, the game is so well regarded that it gives Super-Mario 64 a run for its money. Banjo-Kazooie is set to launch sometime in January next year. The exact date of release, however, is unknown.

According to data miners, the Switch is all set to receive more N64 games than were ever available on Virtual Console for the Wii and Wii U.
