Elena Rybakina has been one of the best players in the WTA tour this year. After her Wimbledon triumph last year, she did not receive enough recognition. However, with consistent results in the big events this year like the Australian Open, Indian Wells, and Rome, she made her way to the top 3. She is often clubbed with Iga Swiatek and Aryna Sabalenka thereby forming a WTA new ‘big 3‘.
Success always draws the media and sponsors toward athletes. The same thing happened with Elena Rybakina. Her performances often went under the radar but with her 2023 success, she has drawn new sponsorship deals. Rybakina is now officially a Red Bull athlete and it won’t come off as a surprise if the Kazakh is spotted at the Red Bull events.

Red Bull landed the deal with Rybakina before the commencement of this year’s Roland Garros. After signing the deal with Rybakina, Red Bull instantly invited its new athlete to its museum for her birthday. The world number 3 put up a couple of stories on her Instagram which revealed that she was in Austria.
Rybakina was at the famous Hangar 7 museum where the planes and F1 cars are exposed. Rare historic aircrafts at the Hangar 7 museum must have made Rybakina’s birthday special. There is much more on show than simply collectibles at the museum.

Who are the other athletes sponsored by Red Bull?
Red Bull has not sponsored enough athletes in tennis yet some of the famous names have made deals with the company. Dominic Thiem is the biggest of them all and it comes as no surprise that the Austrian is a Red Bull athlete. The list also includes Stefanos Tsitsipas, Matteo Berrettini, and Reilly Opelka. Aside from tennis, the Red Bull team continues to prosper in the F1 circuit with Max Verstappen’s dominance.
