Usually, athletes start out as two sports players. Then they narrow it down to one sport. But it looks like Jason Kelce could be doing the opposite. The NFL great could look to dip his toes into wrestling. Should retirement be too boring for Kelce, there’s always the octagon beckoning to him.

WWE Superstar The Miz, in a candid chat with TMZ Sports, expressed his keen interest in welcoming the Eagles icon into wrestling. The encounter unfolded at LAX, where The Miz pondered the possibility of the Kelce brothers making a splash at WrestleMania 40. And that too at Philly itself.

The Miz kept the details under wraps. However, he did hint that having the Kelce brothers drop by would be a smashing success. He said that he would be perfectly willing to mentor the 36-year-old All-Pro center. “He could be very dangerous in a WWE ring. Not only with just the athleticism and the part of the wrestling, which I think he can absolutely do,” Miz articulated.

The Miz also pointed out that Jason’s knack for entertaining an audience was as crucial a skill as physical prowess in the high-octane world of wrestling. Interestingly, Miz also played a pivotal role in introducing Logan Paul to wrestling back in 2022. It was a move that catapulted Paul to stardom within the WWE circles. Maybe Jason could be the next big WWE star once The Miz takes him under his wings?

But, George Kittle, the Niners’ TE, is a bigger fan of the sport.

George Kittle’s motto in life

Kittle is unapologetically passionate about pro wrestling. He is known for flaunting vintage wrestling tees during his post-game press conferences. He even made a memorable appearance at WrestleMania 39. There Kittle made his mark by taking down The Miz, aiding Pat McAfee in clinching a victory against the Hollywood A-Lister.

His connection to wrestling extends to his signature celebration on the field, adopting AEW star Penta’s “Cero Miedo” gesture, which translates to “Zero Fear”. Embodying the “Cero Miedo” philosophy, he sported a “F**k Dallas” t-shirt in October, ahead of the Cowboys-49ers game. The NFL came down and slapped a $13k fine on him. However, he merely shrugged it off.

Kittle’s affinity for wrestling is so profound that he’s also expected to be part of the action in Philadelphia, whether in the show or among the audience. Who do you think will fare well as a wrestler: Kittle or Kelce?
