The readers won’t believe it, but it’s true. The AEW star Jericho and the Ravens quarterback had just met 10 mins before the event. Growing up, Lamar Jackson happens to be an avid fan of wrestling. Since then, he used to follow the game closely. No wonder why he attended the fight organized in the city amid a grueling NFL season.

No one dares to call out Jackson in Baltimore, but Jericho did it by saying, “I’ll whip your a**”. While making his appearance on ESPN’sSedano & Kap show, Jericho revealed that Jackson had asked him for a picture earlier and had a brief conversation before the show.

Eventually, when the wrestler was hunting for a challenger inside the ring, Jericho spotted Jackson sitting in the front row. Thus grabbed the opportunity to make headlines.

“The thing with Lamar Jackson, which is great, like, I didn’t know football, but I don’t live in Baltimore,” Jericho said in the show. “So, I’m not really familiar with the Ravens, and Lamar was there earlier and asked to take a picture with me. He’s a big fan of wrestling, a big fan of Chris Jericho. So, when I saw him in the crowd, I was like, ‘This is great. We’re friends now,”
