With the pressure of training for the next season off his shoulders, Brady has been showcasing his retirement life on Instagram. Throughout the past few weeks, his followers have seen stories of him spending time with his family and friends. However, while Brady’s football prime might be over, he truly is entering the peak of his age off the field. He recently shared an image showcasing his love for a very special person.

Interestingly, the ex-quarterback showed his appreciation for someone proclaiming Brady’s greatness to the world. The wholesome interaction went viral on Instagram as Brady’s followers saw this display of respect and affection.

Brady recently went to watch Jon Jones‘ most recent UFC fight against Ciryl Gane. Prior to the match, Brady had gone on to give Jones a shout-out and mentioned that he was going to be watching one of his favorite fighters. Furthermore, an important member of the UFC, Sean Shelby, had gone on to give Brady a shout-out on his Instagram story, calling Brady the G.O.A.T. Touched by the gesture, Brady went on repost Shelby’s story and mentioned him. Via his Instagram story, Brady sent a loving message to Shelby. He wrote, “Hahahhah love you Cuz @seanshelby.”

This is not the first time Brady has showcased his love for his friends on his Instagram. A few weeks ago, he showed his brotherly affection for his old Patriots teammate on his story. Furthermore, that story on Instagram also included his son Jack and a joke.

Brady reconnects with his old friends

For TB12, it looks like retirement is a time for connecting with old teammates and sharing the camaraderie. Brady went on to personify the true spirit of retirement with his old teammate, Julian Edelman. The ex-quarterback took to Instagram to share an image, in which he used Edelman to showcase how tall his son had gotten.
