The former star quarterback of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced that he has retired for the second time. After a tough season where his team barely managed to advance to the playoffs, Tom Brady thought it was best to hang his cleats. Although fans could not believe that the seven-time Super Bowl-winning champion finally retired, he seemed very emotional in the 53-second video he uploaded. The video received various reactions and comments from fans and star athletes. One of them was the outstanding player of tennis, Serena Williams.
And it looked like the 23 times Grand Slam winner mocked the seven-time Super Bowl champion.

Williams has been a fan of Tampa Tom and has thought him to be the GOAT of the sport. We can only imagine how it feels to be connected with the talented players of each sport. Therefore, when Terrific Tom uploaded the video on Instagram in which he announced his retirement, The Tennis Playing Truck crushed him with a funny quip.

She wrote, “I’m getting teary eyed watching this. Sad to see you go. Welcome to the retirement world…. Again.” This is the second time the 15x Pro Bowl selection announced his retirement. Even though Brady confessed his departure from the sport, everybody has been skeptical of his second retirement. We can only wait and see how things will pan out for him in the future.
Serena wanted to play as long as she wanted like TB12 did

In the past, the successful tennis player had expressed her premonition regarding retirement. It is something that she dreaded and did not like. According to her, not continuing to play tennis is a transition. A transition and evolution to the more important part of her life; i.e. her family.
The top tennis star retired in August 2022. The 41-year-old once recounted that she did not want to choose between tennis and family. And thought that it was unfair to her. She wrote, “If I were a guy, I wouldn’t be writing this because I’d be out there playing and winning while my wife was doing the physical labor of expanding our family. Maybe I’d be more of a Tom Brady if I had that opportunity.”
