No one can deny the kind of impact Tom Brady has had on the whole sport of football. For more than two decades, Brady has showcased his dominion in the league. With two different teams, Brady became the yardstick to which all QBs were compared. In the case of the New England Patriots, Brady has become an almost inspirational tale. Interestingly, Brady is almost like the Christiano Ronaldo of the NFL, and recent words from Robert Kraft, Owner of the Patriots, might indicate the same.

Kraft recently had a very cryptic response when he was asked about his hopes for the Patriots. His response, a mere number, sparked remnants of a numerological connection between Brady and the soccer star.

Brady has left behind a personal record that is going to be untouchable for a while. While he elevated every single team he was on, the personal record he has set is brilliant. His stat line is very impressive, with over 80,000 yards to his name. However, his most dominant record undoubtedly has been a whopping 7 Super Bowl rings. Interestingly, Brady’s Super Bowl wins match the infamous number on Ronaldo’s jersey with the CR7 becoming his identity like Brady’s is TB12.

Furthermore, Brady’s brilliant 7 wins have even inspired Patriots owner, Robert Kraft. As the offseason slowly wanes, he was asked what his expectations are for the upcoming season. Per Sports Illustrated, he slyly went on to say, “Number Seven,” indicating his pursuit for the next ring. Intriguingly, the six banners that hang in Gilette Stadium are all thanks to Brady.

While Ronaldo and Brady have both been dominant forces in their sports, they also share a like-minded camaraderie. While on an interview with the infamous Piers Morgan, Ronaldo had briefly spoken about his relationship with Brady. There had been some rumors about how Ronaldo had influenced Brady’s first retirement decision. However, he denied these claims and spoke about his friendship with Brady.

He said, “I’m a good psychologist. I think he had taken the decision a few weeks before that. He’s a very smart guy who knows a lot about football (soccer), and we had a nice conversation. I don’t think that had anything to do with it, though”. Ronaldo also mentioned how he likes the kind of energy Brady brings.
