Talking about the Giants, we can never forget their 40-0 loss to the Dallas Cowboys when they hosted them at AT&T Stadium. Since then, they have lost every match except for one against the Arizona Cardinals. On the ‘Nightcap with Unc and Ocho’, the former player Shannon Sharpe and the former wide receiver Chad Johnson discussed the Giants’ recent blow.
Shannon started off by talking about the Giants’ 40-0 loss. Later he said, “Daniel Jones was sacked 10 times, two picks, fumble lost.” Shannon didn’t hesitate to tell his true thoughts to the world about the Giants’ QB Daniel Jones. Without wasting any minute, Sharpe said, “Let’s just say Danny dimes tonight wasn’t worth a wooden nickel.” Then the 3x Super Bowl champion asked Johnson about his views on the player.
Johnson chimed in saying that he loves Daniel Jones but the quarterback’s longest pass in the first half of the game was 7-yards, which was quite shocking. He said, “That’s not going to get you a W at all.” Both of them showcased their disappointment towards the quarterback. Additionally, after the game ended, the quarterback did say a few words regarding his play.

During the game, a clip of the head coach Brian Daboll and the quarterback caught everyone’s attention. After the game, Daboll answered a few questions from the reporters. When asked about Jones’ play, his words didn’t reveal much but showcased that he wasn’t happy. Who knows the RB Saquon Barkley might return.
Later Jones was asked about his performance in the game, to which he gave a small reply. He said, “l think we’re all frustrated. I know I gotta play better, and I’m going to work as hard as I possibly can to do that.” He didn’t reveal much and ended with that.
